Ben is the Executive Director of the Carbon Business Development Council, a nonprofit focused on the responsible deployment of carbon removal. Ben has led climate initiatives and campaigns for companies, accelerators, governments and nonprofits. He is a Research Fellow with the Institute for Responsible Carbon Removal at American University and a Domain Expert with the Carbon13 climate tech venture builder.

Bella is a Director at the Carbon Business Development Council and a Research Fellow with the Institute for Responsible Carbon Removal at American University. She currently serves in an expert group on greenhouse gas removals for the UK government and previously worked on hydrocarbon management with the UN Environment Programme.

Ashritha is an Associate at the Carbon Business Development Council. She graduated Babson College in 2022 with a degree in business administration and previously worked on business operations and strategy at Coolant.
